In Memoriam
Bill practiced law at Stewart, Esten for nearly 50 years from December of 1975 to August of 2025. Bill was a Specialist in Civil Litigation and was appointed King’s Counsel in 1992. Bill was a graduate of Dalhousie Law School and the University of Guelph and was called to the Bar in 1974.

David was called to the bar in 1991 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1989. After articling and spending 1 ½ years practicing in Toronto, David moved to Simcoe County and practiced with a well regarded Orillia firm. David joined Stewart Esten LLP in October 2014.

Kendra discovered her passion for law when working as a legal intern at Stewart Esten LLP while completing her undergraduate degree at Queen’s University. Kendra was called to the bar in 2021 after graduating from Western University Law School. After completing her articling in the litigation department of a national insurance company, Kendra was thrilled to return to Stewart Esten to begin her legal career.
Chantal Wagner-Worrall

Chantal earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2021 and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science in Criminology and Political Science from Lakehead University. During law school she participated in the Nelligan O’Brien Moot and served as a mentor for incoming students through the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program.
