Ken provides services in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on real estate law, business law, and construction law. Ken navigates each of his client’s disputes by delivering confident advocacy and strategic advice.

BIO:

In 2016, Ken completed his Juris Doctor degree at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia. In 2018, Ken furthered his education by completing an LL.M. in International Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, finishing with an overall A+ average. Also in 2018, Ken became qualified to practice law in Queensland, Australia. Ken was then called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.

 

Prior to joining Stewart Esten LLP, Ken practiced for several years with a prominent full-service law firm in Midtown Toronto.

Ken is an avid golfer, a dedicated fan of the Edmonton Oilers, and previously played varsity rugby for the University of Victoria and Bond University. Ken also enjoys spending time with his family at their cottage in Georgian Bay.
