Tiffany’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation and family law.
Tiffany is an experienced litigator who practices in the areas of personal injury litigation and family law.
Her personal injury work includes representing victims of motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall accidents, fatalities, chronic pain and traumatic brain injuries. She successfully represents clients at trial and at the negotiation table, preparing a detailed and thorough case to ensure that her clients receive the maximum compensation available for their injuries.
Tiffany’s family law work includes separation and divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support and property division and equalization of net family property. Tiffany works diligently to negotiate an agreement that best protects her clients’ interests and, when an agreement cannot be reached, she uses her trial experience to seek a fair resolution in court.
Tiffany received her law degree from Queen’s University with a scholarship for academic excellence. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. Tiffany has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys running, reading fiction and being a hockey mom.
