Scott R. Hawryliw is litigation counsel at Stewart Esten LLP and was called to the bar in 2012. Scott has experience representing clients at all levels of court in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Appeal.
His practice includes representing clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Scott regularly acts for both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, as well as for individuals and businesses on a variety of legal issues ranging from breach of contract claims to ownership disputes regarding real estate or other assets.
