Christopher’s practice focuses on corporate & commercial law, corporate reorganizations, corporate transactions (purchase and sale of shares or assets), commercial financing, secured transactions & real estate law.
BIO:
Christopher joined Stewart Esten in 2018.
Prior to his call to the Bar, Christopher spent a number of years working in the financial services industry on Bay Street in Toronto. While working for a major Bank owned investment firm, Christopher took particular interest in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
Christopher’s corporate/commercial practice focuses on share and asset purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations, professional corporations, drafting shareholder agreements, agency agreements, distribution agreements, master services contracts and licensing agreements for all sized organizations.
Christopher has an Honours Degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Toronto (Trinity) and the Munk School of Global Affairs.
Christopher has previously served as a board member on the United Way of Simcoe Muskoka, and the Simcoe County Young Professionals Association (SCYPA).
Christopher and his wife are proud parents to their daughter, Amelia and son Harrison. When not in the office, Christopher is usually found with his family skiing or enjoying the natural beauty of Simcoe County.
