Judith’s practice focuses on estate litigation & administration, and commercial litigation.
Judith’s preferred area of practice is estate litigation. She also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, real property disputes, mortgage remedies and construction law matters. Judith has strong advocacy skills and is also a trained mediator. This combination of skills makes Judith an effective and practical lawyer.
Judith is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario Law School and Wilfred Laurier University. Judith was called to the Bar in 1984.
Judith has been involved in the Simcoe County community for many years, having had the pleasure of serving on the Board of Governors of Georgian College, the Barrie Police Services Board, Legal Aid Ontario, S.E.E.D.S. Child Care Centre and the Rotary Club of Barrie. Judith is also a past president of the Simcoe County Law Association.
