Anthony A. Peckham
Anthony is one of Simcoe County’s most recognized and esteemed corporate and commercial lawyers. He maintains a diverse law practice, with expertise in corporate acquisitions and reorganizations, commercial real estate, estate planning, trusts, and secured loan transactions. Anthony is also a registered Trademark Agent, and is pleased to assist clients with intellectual property matters.
Anthony received both his Bachelor of Arts and his law degree from the University of Toronto. He was called to the Bar in 1972.
Anthony has a long and distinguished history of serving the Barrie community and its non-profit organizations. He has also been actively involved in continuing legal education, having lectured on and taught various corporate law topics for such institutions as the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Anthony is a long-standing member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
