Marianne E. Craig
Marianne maintains a general litigation practice with a preferred area of practice in labour and employment law including wrongful dismissal, discrimination, union grievances, and contract negotiation. Marianne also practices in a of a full range of general and commercial litigation matters including property disputes, construction liens, creditors’ remedies, contract disputes and negligence claims.
Marianne received both her law degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. She was called to the Bar in 2008.
Marianne has an impressive history of community involvement. She has volunteered at Pro Bono Law Ontario, Downtown Legal Services, Advocates for Injured Workers and the Ontario Court of Justice Family Law Project .In addition to her volunteer experience, Marianne has worked on contract with the University of Toronto Faculty of Law providing research and writing services.
