Peter has established himself as one of Simcoe County’s prominent lawyers in the areas of family and criminal law. His extensive advocacy experience has earned the respect of clients and colleagues alike. Peter prides himself on formulating a resolution strategy to meet the unique needs of each client, while always promoting his clients’ interests in a strong and effective manner. Peter’s is also a trained mediator and has successfully resolved complex property, access and custody issues, both on a private basis and through the Mediation Centre of Simcoe County.

Peter is a graduate of the University of Windsor Law School. He was called to the Bar in 1986.

Peter devotes considerable efforts advancing the interests of the Barrie community. Peter has served several local charities on a pro bono basis, and has worked with the Simcoe County Board of Education in its mock trial competition. He was the founding President of the New Path Community Foundation, an organization he has served since 1988. He is a member of the Community Liaison Committee of the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Best Practice Committee, both of which are instruments by which the local administration of justice is improved to the benefit of litigants.
