Ardel maintains a specialized practice in the areas of residential real estate and commercial transactions. Having practiced law in Barrie since 1989, Ardel draws on her experience to resolve all issues that clients may face while buying or selling a home, entering into lease, sale and commercial transactions, or negotiating corporate closings. Ardel has also used her expertise while acting for investors in various syndicated real estate projects, franchises and commercial ventures.

Ardel is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 1989.

Ardel has played an active role in the Simcoe County community. Most notably, Ardel is a past director of the Barrie Chamber of Commerce and former chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee, where she was instrumental in raising the awareness of politicians in relation to transportation, healthcare and other concerns affecting local businesses and residents. Ardel has also been a guest lecturer for the Ontario Bar Association on franchising issues, and a part-time instructor at Georgian College in the Law Clerk Institute’s “Advanced Real Estate Transaction” course.
